Before Pavan I was your average student on the brink of ruining my education, luckily someone close to me suggested Aachieve Academy. Life was never the same for me since then. He has this rapport with students, which, till date I've seen in one other teacher in my life. For me, that relationship with a teacher was something important and because of which I excelled at Aachieve Academy. One of his strategies that made the biggest impact for me was the Points System. I always believed that for any amount of work done by a student, he should be rewarded with something. This is where the Group System came into play, combined with the Points System, it was a wonderful tool to always keep me interested in my education. He was the only one who believed in me when no one else would and that belief in me is what got me through my tenth board exams.

I studied for 12 years in a very small school called Prathibha Shikshana Samithi where the exposure for learning was extremely limited. I indeed consider it fortunate to have come across Aachieve Academy in my 10th standard. For the first time at the age of 14/15 I came across a very radical teacher who encouraged us to explore and question everything that is being told to us. I realized the importance of not just studying but to learn in different ways about ourselves and from everything or every person we interact with in our lives. Hence, I willfully joined Power Club and was a part of it for about four years.
Pavan in spite of his busy schedule, once a week always planned an extremely innovative, different and surprising sessions for us to learn and increase the dimensions of mind and life in general as well. He aimed at improving our lives not just academically but even emotionally and philosophically which helped us work on being better students, better friends and even better children to our parents. I sensed the importance of understanding people, group dynamics, motivation and attitudes of people during the group activities and as a group leader at Power Club. My interest in Organizational Psychology had sparked then itself. This is the reason Power Club also features in my 'Statement of Purpose' even 9 years later! Power Club and Pavan were the beginning of increased level of self-confidence and increase level of learning for me.
I hope that thousands of more students are lucky enough to come across the academy and be open enough to take themselves to a higher level.

It was 7th april 2011.. frst day to meet pavan.. well it was my frst class nd frst time to see him, it was all new to me.. white board teaching, so friendly teacher.. he comes to our level wen he is teaching, his concept of "fun with learn" was the best concept i have ever learnt in my life.. his motivational talks inspired me to change myself..

Aftr completing my 10th there was 2 n half years gap.. was not that much touch with him.. whr evr i use to go coaching for pre-university education.. i use to apply his logics nd his thoughts.. would always remember him but he didn't know abt all this part.. one thing is wat i learnt in my education life.. wat evr you learn in life or education it has certain logics.. understand those logics you will be able to approach for any applications on it..
